Creality K2 3mf

Has anyone updated the 3mf to work with Creality K2 printers yet? Opening it up for the first time I’ve noticed that the 3mf version is higher than what the latest OrcaSlicer has built in and now I need to go through and fix all the misaligned settings.

For my Qidi Q2’s I had to realign everything to the plates because its a different size build plate. But once I did all that I just saved the file and its been good to go ever sense.

Do any of the TPU items have supports? I see some long overhangs I’m not super confident with since this is the first time printing TPU but I’m trying to tune my profiles now.

They don’t in the bambu file. For the push handle TPU part I add supports to that one or the end on the bed comes out like garbage. Everything else comes out ok. The cushion slots don’t always look the best, but they are covered up by the straps. There are a few post here on the forum talking about it and a few have gotten them to come out looking pretty good.

nice thanks. just found those. for the PETG pieces I see there’s some with painted supports. I’ve turned on supports for those pieces, but are there others that have them too? Like the diagonal oriented pieces for example.

I think just about every PETG part has supports of some sorts.

I manually added supports on the end side of the straps that have holes on them. I made a separate post and added before and after pictures. I’d love for someone to comment to see if the second is acceptable. Good luck and thanks for joining.

I’m working on my first build on K2 Plus/K2 Pro for the PETG parts. doing TPU on other printers. I plan to post on Creality Cloud once I validate my settings.
