Do you reprint TPU pieces if they come out with alot of blobs/stringing?

Doing my first build and mostly looking to get a gauge on how smooth we are needing the seat cushions to be?

I’m using Bambu TPU90A for the cushions because I ordered that on accident instead of 95A and have had all kinda of issues getting the settings right to avoid blobbing and some stringing on the outside surfaces, mostly around certain parts of the infill.

I’ve done some post processing (trimming/sanding) to smooth them out as much as possible but I worry about these being the surfaces the kids are directly sitting on and it being too uncomfortable.

Gonna be hard to see from these pictures. When do you all reprint and try to get it smoother here?

I bought these and they do a great job of cutting off the little nubs. I went to three walls on the cushions and it helped a lot with where the infill wants to poke through the walls.

I’m relieved to hear you say that you get the nubs too. I’m not alone :smiling_face_with_tear:

I have something similar and picked up some cuticle scissors (smaller than that set you linked) for an even more precise cut there. The 3 walls is a great suggestion though thank you!

3 walls might make them too stiff. We jsut cut off the blobs and clean up as best we can. Its fine!
