I haven’t found any other topic asking about this, so here I am. I’m in the process of gathering all the materials and info to start this project during Christmas, and I’m wondering if someone has already done the work of looking for compatible hardware (mainly the caster wheels) here in Europe (I’m from Spain). Awesome! I’ve found the bolts, washers, bearings, and nuts; they are already linked in the spreadsheet. For the caster wheels, I didn’t find the exact models, so I picked the closest ones. They will require some small modifications in the housing, which I’m working on. The strength of the parts won’t be affected, so I hope that’s fine with everyone 
. I’ll test everything and ask for permission before linking the modified caster wheel mounts.
I’m trying to find a Canadian Sources for these parts too. Tariff wars make US orders very expensive and slow right now. I’ll share here so they can be added to your spreadsheet.

I’m looking at the EU front casters (Top Plate 44 x 60 mm, Height 60mm), I accidently ordered the 60mm wheels. So way to big.
But the 30mm (51mm high) and 40 mm (58mm high) wheels 46x36mm
50mm are 72mm high and 60 mm are 81mm have a baseplate of 70x55mm
If you need nuts, bolts, and washers, I have a supplier about 10 minutes from my home. I do not mind shipping them to you… they typically get the hardware to me in about 3 to 4 days. I also have a stash to make about 5 chairs. Lol
