The child is on the smaller side and the TPU cross pieces are too large. Even tightened all the way down on the strap, the child is a little too loose. Is there any way to get a scaled down (10-15%) version. It would still need to pass integrity testing.
I also noticed the buckle nubs on the chest piece don’t effectively hold the buckle down enough. Should those be glued, sewn, or melted?
