First tpu print help

I’m using a bambu a1 with fresh sunlu tpu dried for 12 hours printed a temp tower and decided on 210 then printed the headrest piece it successfully printed but had several what I call zits any help with my setting I used generic tpu setting for filament thanks im new to the tpu world so any help is appreciated

Can you print from a dryer or drybox? Normally, the zits are caused by water that is vaporizing as it comes out of the nozzle.

Biggest advice for TPU I’ve found is to go very slow. You can do some calibration tests in addition to the temp tower to really tune things in but for the seats/headrest slowing it down to 30-40 mm/s has really helped me. Been able to go faster on the tires than the other pieces.

I was new to TPU as well. Best video I’ve found that goes through filament calibration in pretty good detail is this one:

However I’m sure others with more experience here could give you better advice.

True that. I watch my TPU printer go PAINFULLY slow.
