@MakeGood_Noam is there a flyer or something that we can print out when dropping off these chairs at therapy centers to leave there so other families can be aware that this is available to them?

This is actually something I would love to see, even some digital flyers/propaganda to avoid the use of paper!

3d print a plaque with all the info on it and glue it onto the back of the chair. This way when you leave one at the rehab center, they will be able to contact you through the website. Also have a QR code linking it to the pdf flyer or directly to the make good website.
