I have several build requests from the region that seem to simply be parents asking for TMTs without any additional information. Some of these requests are months old. I do not want to respond to generic build requests and instead want to focus on kids with specific needs, especially if they are in therapy. How do y’all deal with this? should we try to do more to vet the requests on the front end such as requiring a diagnosis?
The older request are from before the new site was up and operational. So the parents didn’t have many options or anything when putting in the request. I have done some of these older ones and so far everyone has been a need. I wouldn’t shy away from those at all. If anything I would focus on those more since they have been waiting longer.
