I’m seeing a growing number of new requests, which is fabulous to see! At the same time, as a long-time service provider, I’m concerned that some families may not fully understand the scope and constraints of the build.
I’ve noticed an increase in more complex or “custom” requests (e.g., double wheels, reclining seats, etc.). Is there a way for the MakeGood team to review or vet requests before they appear on the Community Map to ensure they’re feasible and aligned with the standard design?
My concern is that requests that fall outside realistic build parameters may go unfulfilled, or lead to mismatched expectations between families and makers. Either outcome could create frustration and potentially, over time, impact the program’s reputation.
