Headrest and screw won't work with 0.6MM nozzle

@MakeGood_Noam all PETG parts print great with a 0.6MM nozzle, except the headrest and screw. it kind of threads together, but never grips well and strips out quickly.

I’m presuming that the thread pitch is the issue as the longer threaded section in Rev B didn’t solve the problem. for now, I’m printing it with a 0.4MM nozzle, but it would be great to not have to switch between nozzles/printers

any chance this can get looked at for a revision? I’m happy to test if needed.

I know he said there is a REV B in the google drive. I am about to print it now and see how it does.

But I have had success printing the REV A one with a .6mm nozzle, I just lower the layer height for it and the screw to .2mm. Defeats the purpose of the .6, but I don’t have to swap it for just those pieces.

I tried with the Rev b with no luck at 0.3mm layer.

Dropping layer height is a good idea, thanks. I can try that in my next

I had the same issue. You need 0.2mm layer height for these threads to come through correctly.

I think for version 3 these threads should be made larger.
