Having a heck of a time printing foam cushions with TPU Air on my Bambu H2S. Have tried everything with drying overnight and printing in 25% humidity. Clumpy and stringy. Can we use store-bought foam for the cushions? I assume they were used prior to everything being 3D printed…are there specs or templates for using store-bought foam for the cushions?

Have you tried good old 95A - I bought a roll of the Air, but I’m a bit gun shy. I’ve got the 95 dialed in and I think the cushions came out well.

you are totally allowed to sew cushions the old fashioned way!
