I have an approved independent build (my very first TMT) and the mother I built it for stopped replying to me once it was finished & I was attempting to make arrangements to deliver. I posted it on a different local group and found another mother who can use it. I had her sign up here (I decided to have all my builds sign up for the explination/liability) and have claimed her build. Is there a way to connect my independent build to her request? Or should I just delete the independent build & resubmit it under the build request?

I would just delete the independent build and submit it under the request. That’s what I did in the same situation. My independent hadn’t been approved yet but it went quick when I did it under a request.

Scratch that. I see how to link it now. Send an admin message from your maker dashboard with the request number you want it linked to

My first build went that direction. Showed it to them and they loved it, so the independent build went to a family member.

The independent builds are really just for makers to get credit. Not a big deal to delete it or leave it!
