Hardware and Filament Kits (USA only) + Rev B Changes

Will the same colors of filament that the kits are available in be available for sale individually? I don’t see them on the web site. What happens if we have misprints and need to get an extra spool of filament?

I always save the connectors, wheel blocks, front caster pieces, and handle for last for this reason. Those use a lot of filament but are either not visible or don’t look weird being a different filament. So I just print them from basic white or another filament if needed.

I’ve got 72kg of each on order for this next batch for just such a purpose. production in progress. probably 40-60 days out from my warehouse.

I think i was a little late in seeing this response due to the website showing out of stock. Any idea when new kits will be available?

2 weeks to produce. air shipping 100 kits here. usually takes 5-7 days. the remaining 900 will sea ship. 25-30 days out. we have some full filament kits left. they come with a parts kit.

In the REV. B profile on MakerWorld, I get the message that support enforcers are enabled but supports are not.

Do you recommend a certain setting - Auto Tree at a 30 degree angle?

They should be on for the plates that need them. Not all of them do

Is there a specific parts that’s throwing you that error?

On a fresh download of the REV. B profile, doing nothing other than opening the file, it looks like parts -

Handle Left

Handle Right

Wheel Mount Right

H Seat Center

Storage Left

Those are what alerts you before you slice, many more come up during slicing such as the handlebar, headrest, and caster mounts.

Check the support box and obviously the errors go away for everything. Yet for me the support box is unchecked globally and per all parts.

Ok that’s an error. Not sure what happened. I don’t have my laptop with me as I’m out of town but I’ll fix this early next week. Thanks

@MakeGoodScott just got my full kit from UPS. Just confirming that even though the filament boxes and tags on the spool say TPU 95A it is actually 98A?

Lemme confirm with the factory. I actually havent seen these kits in person yet. i know i specced out a few different ways with them. Just making sure what I ordered is what came over on the boat.

Sounds good I was just getting everything organized and saw it said 95A on the box and the sticker on the spool. So figured that might be weird to actually be 98A.

I had a lot of orders flowing thru the factory at once. its very possible they mis-labeled it OR i approved the wrong thing. im just happy its not 85a.

Let me know if you need any info from me.

I have a kit on the way here for a build so I’ll get my hands on it by tuesday. next go on kits they will be local to me here since we have warehouse space now. much easier to manage when I can pop over.

Sheet included says 98a but 95a is included.

They used a blend I was working on, figures. Its just below 98A. If the samples I’ve had here are exatly the same I’ve been using the 95A HF config. using the bambu lab TPU profile you will have good results. I will have a kit here at my house on weds. I will print the TPU first to confirm its the same as my sample rolls of this formula. If you can wait until then I will post up my results thursday morning assuming all went well. sorry about the confusion there. Big ol rush to get this done.

That works I am in the middle of printing another chair so take your time. Really appreciate the suggested settings too that helps a lot for the two filaments.

Here is another trick I just used to have the wheels match without enough filament. You can start the wheel with the good color then 20ish layers in you can switch to a different color. The inside of the wheel is pretty well hidden overall and you don’t see the edge once you add the tire.
