I tried out your support settings, didn’t notice this little tidbit at first and was using .35 but I use .4 nozzles. So I will make that change but the first print even with .35 on a .4 nozzle worked a little too well. The parts came off the plate and the supports stayed, clean as ever except they are a pain to get off the plate but way better than the part.

Bambu Scraper. Best thing ever. And every once in a while you’ll get some that just wont come all the way off. I take a make a primitive at 250x250x.2mm which just prints a solid single layer. that will pull any left over mess off the plate. I’ve had plates that I thought I needed to just throw away, and fixed them good as new with this trick
