My company is the parent company of Fastenal. That is where I have been sourcing all of my bolts. I have a Fastenal store locally (we have some industry here) so, Iām able to order them and pick up. I donāt know if you have to have an account or not, but all fasteners can be sourced from them. Iām working to see if they can donate to include in the build packagesā¦ a grade 10.9 bolt in that length is definitely not an off the shelf item.

I checked out their website today for just a min but
make it far. I can make an account with them through my business and we do have one down in town about 30 min from me. I got this current chair sorted thankfully. Trying to deliver it Friday so no time to wait for anything to come in. I do appreciate it though! Do you happen to have part numbers or anything that will make getting the correct hardware easier from them?

Dropped off #6 today!
This dude was having a blast pushing around! And I wish I could have gotten a pic of the smile on his face when his mom started pushing him! He was in it for a good 20 min before she took him out to unload. He was NOT happy she took him out of the chair! Was so awesome getting to meet another family!

You are not wrong there. I keep saying I am going to wait until something closer to me pops up. But then as soon as I deliver one it sparks it again and I claimed 2 more in the same area about 4 hrs away last night. One has been waiting since August last year!

On the bolt I used sku number 0127125 cheaper donāt know exactly what we use from McMaster

My requestor this morning specifically asked if I would be able to replicate your build! If thatās ok with you.
Later today or this evening Iāll be putting up a post with a Google Drive link with a bunch of files for the wheels and the Bluey wheels are in that drive already. Just waiting for things to calm down here at work

@NWCC is working on a drive that all makers in this forum will have access to to that will include all of the designs weāve done so far.
I know heās super busy with work right now, so Iām happy to try and get you the file now if needed.

Yeah @Nonny I thought it was your design. I tried matching colors with what was available on Amazon. If you have the files for the wheels you could send me that would be amazing.
